Adelaide Tram Grade Separation Project

The Adelaide Tram Grade Separation Project removed 3 level crossings, requiring replacement and upgraded rail infrastructure. We supported the alliance delivery team procuring two tram substations, ensuring they were delivered on time ready for handover to the commissioning team.
Melbourne Level Crossing Removals

The level crossing removal program has to date removed over 80 level crossings across the Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) network with 110 to go by 2030. We have been working closely with MTM since 2016 providing design assurance and checking services, reviewing over 30 substations (new and old), as well as structural earthing & bonding, produced a number of company specifications, requirements documents and continue to provide ongoing assistance to the core MTM Engineering team.
Melbourne Tunnel Project

The Metro Tunnel opened in November 2025 and is a 9km underground rail link travelling underneath Melbourne’s CBD. Responsibilities included provision of traction power & HV design assurance reviewing for the TAS (Tunnels and Stations) alliance, including the main 66kV/22kV intake substation, new traction substations, tie stations and station HV electrical rooms.
Kiwi Rail Maintenance Instructions & Standards

We updated all Wellington 1500V DC & 11kV HV maintenance task instructions, selected Auckland 25kV task instructions and over 20 company standards and specifications. We also rewrote and consolidated company wide rail electrification competency standards and safe working in and around electrified railway safety and isolation standards.
Kuala Lumpur Ampang Line Extension - Pre tender design & Client Representative

We provided initial client specification and tender design services and then later upon contract award represented the client through the design and construction phase.
Vietnam HCMT Line 1

Provision of System Requirements Specifications, & Requirements Management V&V for the Power Supply System.
Adelaide Electrification

Initially delivering 25kV substations for the Seaford Line Electrification, we were also engaged to provide Construction Verification for the subsequent Gawler Line 25kV electrification.
Battery Freight Train Study

We provided specialist Support to Arcadis and Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) in Western Australia for the provision of HV battery powered freight trains and associated power supply requirements for 25kV high powered charging.
